Another meditation? I know. Seems like everyone is into meditating even if they’re not actually doing it. I’m particularly interested in guided meditations that actually work. I found some do to an extent. So I’ve been working on a track that shifts me. That has me able to get up from meditation as a different person to the one that sat down. This has turned out to be more performance art and an iterative process. Try it out and let me know what you think.
Because we are going (doing, being, having) where most don’t dare to go, are too lazy to go, or don’t even know there is a place to go.
The ideal way if first thing in the morning or last thing at night and fall asleep to it. Both work in different ways.
Any meditation, any time spent going inside, is good. The only way this one is better is if it gets you to a new space where there is more room, expanse, connection so you can envision the YOU that’s aligned with source, more than the YOU that’s been programmed to not be source.
